Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Framework
This Agreement and any dispute arising from software engineering engagements shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Arbitration Venue: Any unresolved dispute shall be settled under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) conducted in Prince George's County, Maryland (or virtually by mutual consent), and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
